Noriie Ishido (石塔範家, Ishidō Noriie) was the leader of the seventh[1] group of Kanto Hisashiban.
Appearance[]
He wears full body armor with his goddess Tsuruko in it. When not fighting he usually has a yukata with a flower pattern.
Personality[]
He is normally a quiet person.
When he mentions his goddess Tsuruko his attitude changes to that of a more confident person.
He usually hates women since the only perfect woman is his goddess.
History[]
During one of his trips he would go to Suwa where he would find his inspiration to create Tsuruko. He was recruited by Tadayoshi to join Kanto Hisashiban. During the Nakasendai War, he went with Shibukawa's group to stop Tokiyuki from reaching Kamakura. He helped Iwamatsu invade the base of the Suwa sect, while Iwamatsu attacked and kidnapped civilians Noriie was in charge of stopping Mochizuki's army which made him meet Ayako, despite having advantage in hand-to-hand combat Ayako with the help of some soldiers was able to stop Noriie, being on the ropes Noriie decides to cut his neck using Ayako's sword so Noriie dies telling her that he hopes his head will be given to Tokiyuki Hojo.

Trivia[]
- His goddess Tsuruko is based on an angel he found in Suwa.
- Despite being introduced as the leader of the 5th group, in Chapter 84 it is mentioned that he was the leader of the 7th group.
